Since our establishment in 2010, we have been providing personal training, exercise prescription and fitness services.
At Ki Fitness Personal Training we design your exercise program around your lifestyle to suit your goals and circumstances! An exercise program that does not fit your lifestyle simply does not work. If it isn’t a part of your lifestyle you will not be committed to long term change and fall back into the trap of being unhealthy.
In our online coaching program we set goals and work hard towards achieving them. We use a variety of different strength training, boxing, and conditioning methods to ensure you achieve your goals and enjoy variety in your workouts.
