Group Fitness
Group training is a great way to get fit, stay motivated and make great friends! Ki Fitness run specialised group boxing classes catering for small groups, schools, sporting clubs and corporate groups. We like to ensure all participants are receiving outstanding support and motivation, making our group sessions feel like a private session!  We use a varitey of boxing techniques and conditioning methods to ensure our clients always learn something new and always have a great sweat! This is a great way to get your team (work or play) working as a team.
