If you want the service and results that only 1 on 1 personal training can provide then this is the package for you. Our sessions are available in 30 or  60 minute sessions. Our sessions are motivating, fun and rewarding. Targeting your specific needs using a variety of training methods including boxing, resistance training, conditioning and circuit training you can achieve the results you deserve!

Nutritional advice: To ensure you are nourishing your body to enhance recovery, fuel your exercise and create healthy eating habits
Personalised home and/or gym exercise programs to compliment your personal training sessions and help you work towards your goals. To teach you healthy training habits that you will be able to use you for a lifetime.
